Online Ordering

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. You will receive an email verifying that your order has been received. This email will include your order number in case you need to contact Customer Service with any questions. We will notify you online or by phone if your order contains any back-ordered items.

Shipment Date

Orders are usually shipped within two to three days of the date they are placed.

Shipping Options / Cost

For Domestic Shipments, Ravello uses UPS 3-Day Select whenever possible, unless an alternative method is chosen by the customer. This service delivers within 3 business days of the shipment. Fragrance Products are sent via UPS-Ground.

Our shipping fee is charged per shipping address. The fee is:

$ 6.00 for orders $ 100.00 or less
$ 10.00 for orders over $ 100.00
$ 29.50 for Alaska and Hawaii UPS Ground service

We determine shipping charges based upon the merchandise subtotal.

Ravello also offers the following UPS services:

UPS Next Day Air is available for an additional $ 14.50, which delivers 1 business day after shipment.
